Salmon and Leek Tagliatelle

Week 3 Spring/Summer

Ingredients
  • x2 Salmon fillets
  • 25g Butter
  • x1 Leek
  • Tagliatelle
  • 400ml Milk
  • 80g Cheese
  • x1 Garlic clove
  • 25g Plain flour
Method
  1. Put the salmon in a glass dish and bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
  2. Boil a pan of water then add the tagliatelle, cooking on a low heat until soft.
  3. Dice the leek and garlic clove and add to a frying pan.
  4. Melt the butter in a separate pan, then add the milk and flour.
  5. Mix until it starts to thicken and then add the cheese and stir until you get a smooth, thick sauce.
  6. Once the salmon is cooked, use a fork to pull it apart in the glass tray.
  7. Pour in the tagliatelle, leek and cheese sauce, and mix it all together.
  8. Sprinkle some cheese on top and bake for 15 minutes on 180 degrees until the cheese has melted.
  9. Serve and ENJOY!
