Salmon and Leek Tagliatelle
Week 3 Spring/Summer
Ingredients
- x2 Salmon fillets
- 25g Butter
- x1 Leek
- Tagliatelle
- 400ml Milk
- 80g Cheese
- x1 Garlic clove
- 25g Plain flour
Method
- Put the salmon in a glass dish and bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
- Boil a pan of water then add the tagliatelle, cooking on a low heat until soft.
- Dice the leek and garlic clove and add to a frying pan.
- Melt the butter in a separate pan, then add the milk and flour.
- Mix until it starts to thicken and then add the cheese and stir until you get a smooth, thick sauce.
- Once the salmon is cooked, use a fork to pull it apart in the glass tray.
- Pour in the tagliatelle, leek and cheese sauce, and mix it all together.
- Sprinkle some cheese on top and bake for 15 minutes on 180 degrees until the cheese has melted.
- Serve and ENJOY!
